Parking

Getting to Michigan International Speedway is simple thanks to a wide selection of on-site parking areas spread around the venue. All standard day parking on MIS property is free for every guest, making race weekend arrival much easier for fans driving in.

Parking lots

Lot 3

Located on the south-west side of the speedway, Lot 3 offers easy access from the main roads approaching the track. It’s a convenient option for fans entering through the western gates and is one of the larger general-parking areas on site.

Lot 8–9

These adjoining lots sit to the north-east of the oval. They serve as spacious general-parking areas and are ideal for fans coming from US-12 or the northern approach roads. Their position makes them practical for reaching the grandstands on the north side of the circuit.

Lot 11

Found on the south-east side of Michigan International Speedway, Lot 11 is another free general-parking area. It’s perfectly placed for guests entering through the eastern gates and provides a straightforward walk to the infield tunnels and the main fan zone.

Lot 14

Situated farther north with direct access from US-12, Lot 14 is the best choice for fans arriving early or preferring to avoid the heavier traffic near the main entrances. It’s also one of the easiest lots for a quick exit after the event, thanks to its simple road connections.
